Dear all, are there a cmos battery replacement needed for macbook pro 2010 ?
I couldn't searched any of such parts in ifixit.
Please advise.

There is no separate PRAM (cmos) battery in these machines. That function is handled by a capacitor now.

Hi, thanks for your answer. In this case it is not user replaceable ? Is it soldered to the motherboard?
Or just buy order parts from ifixit is possible?

It's non-replaceable.
%#*@! my macbook pro 2010 keep coming up with an error message 'can't connect because time and date are wrong' when the desktop clock gives the right time and date. is the capacitor replaceable? thanks
That should not happen. Be absolutely sure sure of you date and time by going into the preferences.
