I dropped my iPhone. Why won't it work?

I bumpped into someone and dropped my iPhone on a hard surface. There are no visible cracks but the phone no longer responds to anything now. The screen turns white at times but nothing else happens.

If you are confident enough, open up your phone and make sure all ribbon cables are seated properly and not knocked off after the drop. Come back if you are still stuck.

I had the same problem but I did what you said to do and one ribbon cable was disconnected, then I connected it but it still doesn't want to do anything.
