Phone dropped in water. After 24 hrs. phone powers up but can not get service. Does radio need to be replaced? How would I replace radio? Does it just need to be taken apart and blow forced air into parts.

Several things can cause this. If the phone was dropped there may be a connector problem where the antenna flex cable has popped out of the socket I haven't worked on this phone but they are essentially all the same inside.
Check the setting under network and see if you are searching for a roaming network or make sue the settings are set to your network
