Why is my iPod not responding?
my ipod is not getting connected to itunes. it is very slow. and it gets hang very soon.

harsh jain, try to place your iPod into Diagnostic Mode and see what errors, if any you get. Follow these instructions and they will also tell you what each test means. It does sound like you are starting to have a failing drive. Reformat your drive and try to restore. Use a new battery and try a different cable as well.
