Why does the phone turn off after a short while?
It says to me memory full and after a short while it turns off. When I saw the memory details, there was (sis applications) is taking about 788 m.

If you have enough time to do so (before the phone shuts off) then delete some applications. If that doesn't work, you may have to hard reset the device.
