How can I fix this?

Okay so I put a lock on my iPhone 4 while i was drinking and could not remember the passcode for the life of me and ended up disabling it, how can i fix this? Also, my sleep/wake button does not work. I know there was a "hard reset" option you could try with this situation but i do not have that option due to my broken button!

You have to place your iPhone in Recovery Mode and Restore the iPhone with iTunes on computer. To be able to do this, it is simple with a Power Button, since yours is faulty, this is a problem. You could wait for iPhone to power down, then place in Recovery Mode. I would try a utility such as TinyUmbrella to place iPhone in Recovery Mode, then Restore with iTunes.
