My pump will not prime.

I have tried to put water in the out line off the pump and the water will still not flow to either the steam or the coffee jet. I tried this after I tried to prime the pump at the in side.

I am lost!

Is water flowing through the pump though? You could have a clog in your boiler or steam lines, no way to know unless you can first determine if the pump is working normally.
