The reason im writing, is that the backlight has gone. I can still see the screen if will shine a light onto it. I recently took it into the new Apple Store, they cleaned up the connectiones inside (have proof). It started to work again. They said if it stops working, it could be a faulty connector, faulty LCD, or a faulty logic board. After a few days it stopped working again.
Could you help me?

Deni, take a look at the LVDS cable. Make sure hat it is properly seated and check on "the connector" that they previously cleaned. It is possible that it is the backlight, but there is also a possibility that it is caused by your backlight fuse having failed. You may also have to check the backlight driver. If you give us the last three digits of your serial number or the number of your logic board, we might be able to assist you a bit better.
