No sound input and output

No sound input and output

Hello,

I have a 3GS which has no sound ...

More keyboard click, I no longer ring, The headphones are detected but not work, The microphone does not work ....

I cleaned the Jack connector but it is clean.

What is the problem, especially: How to fix it??
