Kernel Panic Problem in Snow Leopard. Why I can't upgrade to Lion?

Hello

At first I had a problem booting, the computer can't boot, then after I opened and clean the logic board and all inside with dielectric liquid, finally boot, into the snow leopard installer and install it, all works fine, but when I try to upgrade or install from cero to another OS like Lion or Mountain Lion have a kernel panic, sometimes in the apple logo screen and sometimes in the installer.

So, after this I decide to use Snow Leopard, but sometimes I have this kernel panic:

I already have use the Apple Hardware Test a lot of times and never detect a problem.

I believe is a heating problem so I put a new silver paste in the CPU and in the GPU, and put all the fan works at high speed with "smcfancontrol" and this give me more chance to use the computer but still sometimes have the same kernel panic.

So i hope someone can help me and explain me the kernel problem message. Thank you for the help : )

Boot up from your Snow Leopard disk. Got to the second screen pull down menu to Utilities > Disk Utility. Reformat the drive using the "write zeros" option (and use the GUID partition map), to map out any bad blocks on your hard drive. Give the drive one partition. Now install the operating system. Let us know if you have any problems doing this.

Hi Mayer, I Finally upgrade to Mountain Lion and then to Mavericks, thank you a lot for your help, but I still have the kernel panic problem, sometimes when I just start the computer, or in the login page, or sometimes when im using google chrome or another program. I read something about the DC power supply cable (922-8188) but not sure, how to know if this is the problem? or if you know some another reason, please let me know, greetings.
