Can I use other models keyboard replacement guide?

I need to replace the keyboard in my model MC371LL/A but don't see a guide listed above.

Could I follow the same steps for a different model or are there significant differences between them?

The reason you can't find a keyboard replacement procedure is the whole upper case really needs to be swapped out MacBook Pro 15" Unibody Mid 2010 Upper Case Replacement. While some people have managed to get just a replacement keyboard directly from China its a bear to put in. You'll need to remove about 50 screws and/or pop rivets to get it out.
