My Dell Inspiron 1525 refuses to allow me to logon to my administrator. Therefore I cannot make any changes or access things I need to get to. The message that comes up is "the user profile service service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded" is there a way I can get that fixed?
I have Windows Vista Home Basic on it.

That happened to me before, and I will share several ways to you, you can apply one depending you
1. Use password reset disk to recover Windows vista password, this is the best way but you have to make a password reset disk
2. Try third party programs like "Windows Password Recovery Tool 3.0", I have used this and it helped me recvoer my lost Windows vista password in several steps, or you can use other programs on Google
