My charger was plugged into my IPad. When I went to unplug it,it snapped off. I cannot get it out.The piece is still plugged into the port and hard to remove. How can I get it out?

I would attempt to extract it using a pair of precision tweezers such as these ones. Just be careful and don't force anything! You don't want to damage the contacts. You could also try to super glue something to he exposed remaining part of the Lightning connector, but if you choose to do this, be very careful!
