Replacement glass and guide to replace it

Hi, sadly mi Fairphone´s glass is broken after a not very hard fall. This causes that i´m not able to use the three screen buttons. I´d like to know where an when i´ll can buy a replacement unit and instructions to change it. In the meanwhile i´m using Button Savior app to use some functions on my fairphone.
