Kimberly, A1369 is a big series. It spans from late 2010 to late 2012. It would help if you can give us the last three digits of your serial number. It will help to identify your hardware. Taking the LCD out of the shell is very difficult and will most likely destroy the glass or thin aluminum before you even get to the LCD for replacement. If you are lucky enough and have a LP133WP1 panel, it should fit models A1369 and A1466 Compatible Subfamily

The fuse is reference designator F9700 and it is a 3Amp 32Volt in a 603 package SMD component. Now for the A1466 light diffusers / reflective sheets issue, that will be very hard and you may have to scour places like ebay or Alibaba and see if you can find them. Hope this helps, good luck.
