I CANNOT remove these screws!? HELP

I just got my new macbook pro. I want to remove the screws to upgrade the memory and there's just no possible way to remove these screws.

I made several trips to Home Depot and tried every variation of the small screwdrivers.

I've tried the Phillips #00 and the 2mm phillis and torx. I've tried 2.4 mm also. NOTHING WORKS!!

It's driving me mad. I'm pretty sure one is now stripped.

Has anyone removed these screws successfully? What tool did you use?

They're called pentalobe screws and require this driver: P5 Pentalobe Screwdriver Retina MacBook Pro and Air

Tom is correct, you cannot upgrade the RAM. Always read up on the guides or the teardown before attempting to work on anything.
