New screen don't work

Hi I have a problem with the replacement of the LCD on Iphone 4(EMC 380A). The old LCD(original) is full work when the new LCD no sign of life, i've tried the new LCD in another Iphone 4(EMC 380B) and in there it working! I don't understand where is the problem. Could you help me?

thank you! Now my question is: If i buy an old original LCD(2011) but this screen has been taken from an iphone with IOS 7.1 this will work?

Hello if you iPhone Is running iOS 5 or 6 some times the screen will not work and will need updated for the screen to work.. Newer screens don't work on old firmware
