Installed W8.1; Worked great but It doesn't turn on

-The Steambox was mishandled during shipment as the shock indicator is red.

-Steambox randomly turned off and fans began going on full

-Incidences above happened more frequently until it just didn't turn on

-I think Overheating or PSU faliure might be the reason for these problems

-Opened it up and checked if anything was wrong and only found an external imperfection in the video card

Pedro, before tearing into it and determining the cause for this, I'd wait for what Steam has to say. I am certain this is still covered under some kind of warranty.

I've been waiting for 1 1/2 weeks and I have not read a single reply or acknowledgement and I need to fix it soon.
