Speaker volume low after battery replacement

Bought a battery from ifixit.com and changed it following the guide. Now the phone turns on but the volume when making a call is really low. How do I fix this? The volume when the ringtone for incoming call is normal.

The battery change wouldn't affect the earspeaker.

Remove the LCD and check if the components are placed right,
