This is the second time this has happened to me. After replacing the Top Glass of a Note 3 the touch is unresponsive to my finger, only the stylus will work to navigate the phone. I used Loca glue for the repair. Anyone else run into this problem before? I've replaced tons of top glasses in the pass with LOCA glue this has never happened to me.

Can you confirm that when the screen is off, the digitizer detects your fingers and works fine? What kit are you repairing with? Maybe the glass is not OEM or something? I just did a note 3 the other day with the LOCA glue and it was fine, I just used a little too much and the ear speaker is muffled, so I'm going to take mine apart today and try to clean that out. I used 'smart kit diy' from ebay for like $25.

I have exavtly the same problem with one. I replaced the screen glass and it just work with the pen.
