choc on back panel near the trackpad

Hi, i just want to ask you because i have a little shock (i made a mistake on my translate) on my macbook pro 13 retina on the edge near to the trackpad.

I have no problem with the computer it's an esthetic question.

Well I guess it wasn't Chocolate was it ;-}

All computers get banged up over time. Nothing you really can do about it. Remember your system (while expensive) is a tool and tools do get worn over time.

If you think the damage will interfere with its operation then you should fix it if you can.

Can you post a good image of the damage for us to see?

Chocolate? If that is what you have caught in the grove of the trackpad a cotton swab (Q-Tip) with some Isopropyl alcohol (85% or better) should do the trick of cleaning it. Only moisten the cotton you don't want it wet as you will push the alcohol into your system which you don't want.
