When will the dock connector/spkr/mic module for the 3GS be available?

My 3GS recently took a bath, and the dock/mic/spkr assembly needs to be replaced. I noticed that the description for the 3G dock module specifically states that it will not work for the 3GS. Will this part be available through ifixit, or does anyone have a source for this part?

Well replacing the whole display assembly will fix that (and also your LCD and digitizer, those are the second things to go after contact with water).
