I got an upper case from eBay for real cheap. When I plugged it in, it works great, except the "Q" and "W" keys. The "Q" does nothing but when I press the "W" key, the "Q" and the "W" key show up like I pressed them both at once. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

that is most likely cause by liquid spilling. take the cover with the keyboard out. try spill some alcool on it, to see is "de-sticks" (alcool, because it evaporates quickly). you can use water too, but make sure in any case, that the parts are completly dry!! otherwise it will short the computer.
