my iphone 5s fell of my lap nd fell on the ground and got ah few lines to the left side of the phone.... and the left side touch not working only the right

lcd connectors might have came loose, reconnect them, it's most likely that if not then you will need an lcd replacement

bcuz i change my screen last week proberly the jacks loose

Yip this can happen if the digitizer cable come loose disconnect and reconnect if the screen still has lines the unfortunately it's a damaged screen

Yea if you do what I sayed and screen is still bad then yes you will need a new screen
