My Screen turns grey and then white but everything still works.

Hey Guys i have an iphone 4 32gb and the problem is the screen it turns black then gray then white and there are weird red dots in it to someone sat on it that is when i noticed i tried hard reset but nothing all the controls like voice control and the music plays but i cant see anything please help! (oh yeah it is factory locked)
