Why are there Blue and White line on the Screen

Blue and white lines are on my LCD and colour is black and red when playing movies. Not the graphic card as the movies play well from the chromebook to chromecast.

I took the book display apart and found that the cable attached to the LCD display was a bit loose. Reconnected it and now all the issues are gone.
