My phone battery won't charge, how do I get it to charge?
My battery won't charge. I've left the device in the charger for over an hour and still nothing.

You may need a replacement battery. If there is water damage to the phone attempt to soak the phone in rice for a 24-30 hours along with the battery then try again.
