2 Why won't my phone turn on?
I forgot that I had placed my phone on my lap while driving. When I got out of the car, it hit the ground.

I got the answer for this one. If your phone screen is black and unresponsive to the power button, there could be a problem with your battery. Before replacing your battery, try charging your phone using an outlet or USB adapter. Once connected to a charger, hold the power button for about ten seconds. If the phone still does not turn on, you should refer to the link on how to replace your battery.

BLU phone is sucked i have this phone not even a month and its not working anymore

You need to hard reset your phone.
Be aware a hard reset will erase all your downloaded apps and user data. It will restore the phone to a factory default condition. It will be like when you first bought it.
If you can, ensure that the battery is charged before you perform a hard reset. Also do not have the charger connected when you perform a hard reset.

I have a serious question about my BLU DASH M
I disabled web viewer from the phone accidentally,. After that when I try to log into the phone, the google talk icon comes up in the log in section of the phone, so I can't enter my password to use the phone because the google talk option won't come from the screen, its basically blocking the keyboard so I can't type my password to use the phone.
What can be done to fix the problem?

I had the same problem, but then removed the back cover, reseated the battery, and plugged in the power without putting the cover back on. This time it finally showed the charge indicator (a battery icon on the screen, with an undulating line showing the charge level). Then I unplugged the charger again, put the cover back on (but not the soft plastic protective cover), plugged the power back in, and now it's charging and turns on.

I have a Blu Studio XL 2 and I didn't exactly drop it but I was playing with my baby cousin and I pretended to fall. And my pho e was in my pocket. I guess that's when it happened but I didn't fall hard. Also I fell on carpet. But before that I kept checking the time and it was working fine. When I got home I tried turning it on but it wouldn't respond. The charging light won't even turn on. I even tried connecting it to my laptop with no results. The battery is built in so I can't take that out either. Please help me!!! All the information. On that phone is important to me.
Please help! My mom just bought me a brand new BLU phone (grandM2) and it won’t turn on! I’ve hold it power button for a whole min. I even charge it but noblight at all comes. My charger works fine. I can’t take batter out it’s like an iPhone. I hate iPhones. I’m glad we paid a little bit of more money for replacement one year warranty. I had this phone for 3weeks, no water damage, I didn’t drop it.

HI,
As you tried all reasonable steps to turn it on and they haven't worked, take it back for a warranty replacement.
Do not attempt to open it and void the warranty.
If they won't take it back at the place of purchase, consult the manufacturer's warranty statement that came with the phone (or look for it online) as to what to do to make a claim for a warranty repair or replacement.
Take the battery out, put it back in and charge it. It resets the phone.
