The top ds game slot wont work
i tried blowing into it but that didn't work i think the microchip has something wrong with it because when i look in to it something inside is sticking up

You probably have a pin that is bent. If it is sticking up then the game slot may need to be replaced. Sometimes you can get some fine point tweezers in there and bend them back, but sometimes they are just too bent.
Sometimes you can remove the back cover to bend the pins back. With the back cover removed it makes it a little easier to get to the bent pin.
If none of that works you may need to replace the game slot. This is a very difficult job and requires expert soldering skills.
