My Lenovo IdeaPad Y430 is over heating.
Due to over heat display driver crashed n display restarts.
My cooling fan is constantly running at high speeds but it doesn't seem to be helping.

Sas, of course you do want to make sure that it really shuts down the display because of overheating. I suggest you disassemble your Y430 with the help of this video. Then clean out all air intake slots as well as clean the fan. Check and replace the thermal paste, after that re-evaluate and see what happens. Make sure that you always provide proper airflow for your Lenovo. Hope this helps, good luck.
