faulty display, displaying strange colours

Hi, i have a problem with a tab 3 im trying to fix.

no idea what happened to it as its not mine, last time i saw something like this i just replaced the lcd and everything was fine.

this time not so much

lcd ribbon cable is new, lcd is new and lcd connection part on the mainboard looks perfect.
