What you are pointing at is L9, An inductor for LED flashlight. U17, which is right next to L9 under the shield, is somehow shorted, which causes L9 to constantly run on full power.

Thank You for the answer.

Any suggestion how to overcome such issue? What is U17 used for? if I remove the L9 what do I lose?

Regards

tarafından

I removed the L9 and now is not overheating anymore nor the battery is draining.

The only drawback is the Flash is not working

tarafından

U17 is the flash light power converter.
