iPhone 4 and 4s have the same charging chip?

Hello guys, my iPhone 4s won't load. I replaced the battery and the charging port. Now I'm sure, it only can be the usb charging chip. I searched for a replacement part. The problem, I only find chips for the normal iPhone 4 (label 338S0867 and 338S0874).

My question: can I use this chip also for the iPhone 4s? If not, can anyone give me the needed label number?

Iceberg, the power IC for the 4S is a 338S0973. Not sure where you are located but the IC is readily available at many places like alibaba.com and even ebay.com
