Hp tablet will not charge?

I have a 10 inch hp tablet and it will not charge i tried other wall jacks and i changed power cords and the Hp touchscreen but it still will not charge. thank you for your time

You may have to replace the battery. My laptop was having the same issue. Other chargers didn't work and the outlets were working. After I replaced the battery, it had no issues with charging.
