Why are my buttons unresponsive?
• I am pushing some of the buttons on my keyboard, but they do not display anything on the screen.

The keypad may be either dirty or damaged. Remove the keypad and clean it with soap and water. If this does not fix the problem, then you need to replace the keypad with a new one. For more information visit BlackBerry Tour 9630 Troubleshooting.
