Where to buy flash lamp for the pop-up flash for a Canon T3i?

I've searched everywhere and can't seem to find a replacement bulb/flash assembly to repair a broken flash bulb on my T3i.

I don't want to send it to Canon for repair as it is way too expensive to send the camera to them for a simple repair.
