iPhone glass removal and LCD rejuvenation process?

How is the glass removal of only cracked screens from iPhones or any other device is possible with less than %1 damage rate?

A guy on eBay fixes glass only of iPhone 6 and 6 plus for $60. I contacted him and he claims he uses a $100,000 machine. He takes responsibility if the phone LCD breaks during his repair. His failure rate is less than %1.

Is that even possible or worth it??

I know about the separator, the laminator, the scrapper, the autoclave for removing bubbles and other machines that don't cost more than 5,000-10,000 combines. But, a 100 thousand from Foxconn?

So, without the $100,000 machine or just using even your heat gun and hands, how do you do the following:

How do you take the frames of easily?

How do you use LOCA glue without the glue ruining the backlight and having light leakage?

How do you not burn the LCD with the separator?

Are there specific secrets or tips?

Or do you just practice over and over again until you get right?

Thank you for all your feedback and answers.

Now you might be adding "other machines that don't cost more than 5,000-10,000 combines" for the occasional use. Continous manufacturing equipment is most likely much more than the $10K. Possibly $100,000 but that would depend on the machine. Yes, great equipment and practice are the secret. There is no substitute for experience.

Also Foxconn is the best of the equipment. Best of the parts. So you pay a lot more, for a little more quality. The name says a lot
