My 3DS is experiencing some problems right now. It fell in snow and is currently in rice, but I'm not sure that it's working. What I noticed before putting it in rice was that it wasn't accessing any of the games that I've downloaded onto it.
For example, it won't access my digital copies of games like Majora's Mask 3D, Zelda: A link between worlds, or any of my virtual console games. Is there a fix?.

I would try redownloading the game onto another microSD card or the on board memory itself. Nothing sounds certain yet so assess the damages and narrow it down for now~

try reseating SD card; if still doesnt work; buy a new SD card and redownload from eShop.
