2 How to fix a device not displaying a sound or an image?
Even when I have the tablet turned on, the screen does not show the home page. The screen is just black and makes no welcoming music.

Check if the device is muted. If not, then the speakers are most likely blown out so seek professional help. If image is not displayed, make sure the device is turned on. If the device is turned on and no image is displayed, there might be faulty wiring or inner screen might be broken. Look at directions on trouble shooting page or seek professional help.
