1 Can't use a strap anymore
My watch got broke in a corner were the pin strap goes, what can i do? Any ideas?

i have a same problem. I got the watch last November 2015..First i return it where i bought the watch (bestbuy) and they said they cant repair or replace so i called the Samusung company if they can repair or replace my 1 month old watch so i send it to them and after 4days they called me and they can repair but i need to pay $160 to repair the watch but of course i did not pay for it coz i can buy a new watch!but i dont want to buy another watch that was expensive but a cheap materials

Mine broke after 3 months. A definite flaw in quality. Now looking for small screws to fix myself.
mine broke in about the same time. I should have done my research before buying this crap!!! I'm getting the word out on social media.. DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!
Mine broke after 8 months. What a frustration to see no replacement part!
Mine broke after 2 months for what is certainly a bad part or a manufacturing flaw. I sent it to Samsung and they wouldnt fix it. I was given an option of paying 160$ for what actually costs 120-odd. I hate Samsung customer service

This is a defect in the watch. I have the same problem after 4 months of purchasing the watch.

I gave up repair bought gear live for $80. So much happier with this watch. It's android os and it does so much more and doesn't have the flaw in the strap.
