1 Successfully installed 4TB HD. Now get light gray screen on startup
Successfully installed 4TB HD 10 days ago with no problems.
Today I went to startup and only get a dim gray screen.
Have to shut down holding power button.
This is a new refurb. I know I voided the warranty and just ordered new adhesive to go back inside but have no idea what to look for.
