How can I get back the info from my old phone?
My phone's screen is completely torn and locked with passwords, how can i get back the information from the old phone

You can plug your phone into any computer (if you have a mac you will need to download Android File Transfer) and move all pictures, movies, ringtones, and contacts onto your computer, then onto another phone. Any applications you downloaded will be under the "My Apps" tab in the Google Play store where you can re-download them.
