What if my laptop isn't turning on?
My laptop is stuck on the "Starting Windows" screen and won't go any further than that.

Some of the windows files might be corrupted. Use the Windows boot disk that you got with the computer and start up windows repair, let it do its work and it should fix the problem.
If that doesnt work then try doing a clean install of Windows to see if that works.
If it doesnt work then there might be a problem with either your hard drive, the hard drive cable, the RAM or even the motherboard.
Have you changed any of the hardware recently? If you have then try changing back to the old setup.
