The bumper and dock purchased from the apple store for iphone 4 cannot be used together-the phone with the bumper won't fit in the dock--is there a case with a hinge that will allow the iphone 4 to fit in the dock?

You can buy an Apple Universal Dock and the iPhone 4 plus bumper fits into it with no Dock Adapter present. I can't speak to how that will wear on the Universal Dock, however, as I don't think they are really designed to be used without the Adapters.

You can buy Lyco adapter and plug your iPhone 4 in the dock with your bumper.
