Can You Swap lock buttons on CDMA to GSM iPhones?

I have two iPhones, one of which is a CDMA and the other being GSM. The GSM is white and the CDMA is black. The black one is completely destroyed, being the front and back are both completely shattered, no home button, the bottom part of the screen doesn't work, and the battery is bulged out. The lock button works fine, but on the GSM iPhone, the lock button, is well, iffy. It doesn't click, and is hard to press, but it does still work. Instead of paying for another lock button, could I just swap it out?

The flex cables are not interchangeable. But the internal sticker that causes the click and button function can be transferred over. They peel off like at true sticker. If this does not fix it, you can get and install a GSM power button flex cable. Also, before any repair of the power button the front screen should be removed, so you do not damage the LCD flex cable.
