My galaxy note 3 doesn't turn on I thought of changing battery but when I changed it the phone turned on and when I put the phone in the charger the battery level was decreasing not increasing how can I solve this problem please any one answers me

Don't listen to James, it is probably a bad charge port. Easily fixed in almost any decent repair shop. If you would like to attempt the repair yourself the flex generally costs around $15 on ebay.

Probably defective capacitors on the board. Will have to replace boards or send it in for repair.
