I replace my screen and now it won't turn on

I double checked everything and made sure it was all connected. But my iPad mini is not responding at all.

try holding the home and power button (soft reset) until it restarts and hopefully displays.

If the reboot doesn't work, you can also try plugging it in to a computer, to see if iTunes recognizes it. That will tell you if the iPad is still working, just the display is out.

Thank you I plugged it in to the computer and it was recognized by iTunes.. But the display is out as you said.. How do I fix the display?

I know you said you double checked everything, but I would reseat the LCD connector, and disconnect/reconnect the battery. You can shine a light on the screen and see if there are any faint images, in case your backlight has gone out. Lastly, you can try replacing the LCD in case something got damaged during the repair.
