Where do I buy parts for my barista

i dont get green ready light , when i push the button of my barista .and the water is barely warm...

possible heating element malfunction ?

Go to "Parts" tab and under "Home Unit Parts" you'll find your toy. They have what appears to be every part and gasket for the machine. Schematics for properly identifying your needed part make it easy.

partsguru.com also has parts and part diagrams, and once you locate the part number you can often google that and find many other sources for the part at varying prices.
