it get conpresionn but dosent turn over
i kick statr it and it sounds like it wants to start but it dosent and i clened the carb out and everythingg

Put some gas in it, bleed the fuel line, change the fuel filter, remove and check the spark plug and gap it correctly. Then try starting and tell us if it's hitting or not and if you have anything running out the tail pipe. Have you ever been able to start this machine? How long has it been sitting without running?

yes i got it started and its been sitting for like 2 year but i got it started twice sice i got it but know it just wont start and ive done all of that and it like wants to start but it wont completely turn over
