1994 Murry 11HP mower engine won't continue to run

Unit starts good and run fine; however after mowing for 30 - 5 minutes (times varies)engine idle stats to rise and lower as if running out of gas, eventually stalling. Shut off engine and restart, starts and runs fine; then after time frame engine starts to act up again. Cleaned carb, new gas, all filters and plug.
